David Rosemont Architect RIBA ACArch
David is an international architect with over 40 years of experience in small to large scale projects.
As a RIBA qualified architect he has been directly involved in the design and erection of over two thousand buildings between 1966 and 2013, including a wide range of residential, commercial, industrial, educational and leisure types both new build and refurbishment, including numerous listed buildings and buildings in Conservation Areas.
His eye for detail, design, customer facing approach and project implementation is second to none. Presently David is also a consultant for Akaal Associates Ltd, Denham, Bucks, Vice Chairman Association Dis-Want France and an associate member of Patrimoine des Monts d’Arree France.
David has obtained awards for his work, notably the Design Awards in Bath, Lambeth, Richmond on Thames and Kingston including in 1995 Evening Standard Residential Development of the Year. Competitions Bath Spa 1988 (Winner), Como Italy, Oxford. David designed the Milestone Hotel, Kensington, London W8 which was voted 2013 by TripAdvisor.com as one of the world’s best 25 hotels.
